COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tr Electronic HE-100-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trumpf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Transmation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the 8P30P1GS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 132132 manufactured by Trumpf and we are pleased to be able to service most Trumpf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3510T by Manufacturer Transmation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tyco Brand XA041D00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triac such as 22TX1502R3SXX equipment made by Triac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 36374U made by Triconex as well as the popular 2750 original spares produced by Triconex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IM1451EXR by Turck and 22TX1502R3SXX spares by Triac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 115789 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trumpf. |
